the ocean has a super huge meaning to me, so i decided to incorporate mist and very very slight rolling fog.
you kind of need to download it, to get all the details.

this isn't any sort of character, just felt like drawing a bay unicorn. and about that fourth leg, its kind of up from out of the water, and not at all visible

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactLet me just start by saying this is gorgeous! The light play is magnificent, and the water...Wow.
The Unicorn looks really nice, I love the shading and the lighting on its coat looks very realistic. It's face looks like it tapers down just a little too much towards the end of the muzzle, adding a little bit to the right side of the muzzle ( from our point of view) would help define the nostril farthest from the viewer.
The mane and forelock are just incredible, they look so silky and soft! Your use of lighting on those is really nice as well. The horn is just awesome! I love its length, and the way it really thins out is really nice. It adds to the delicate build of the Unicorn. The only thing I can see that looks like it might need fixing is where the horn comes out of the forelock. The horn looks a little too far to the right ( from the viewer's point of view) The horn looks a little like it's places too far to the side of the head. Other than that minor detail, it looks great.
Honestly, the beard of the Unicorn, if stared at long enough, looks almost like a hind leg with feathering! It's cool, because the viewers can decide for themselves what they see.
The lighting in this picture is just stunning, I can't stop looking at it! The way the spray on the ocean is highlighted is masterful, and the beach really does look like sand. I love the little starfish! He's so cute. <3 The Unicorn's shadow on the beach is absolutely perfect, and I feel like nothing in the background should be changed at all. It's amazing.
Overall this is a stunning piece of artwork that needs more faves and comments! The whole atmosphere of the picture is calming, and it's very peaceful to look at. Keep up the fabulous work!
