Flight can take us further than we'd ever imagine we would go.


So, another Pegasus, his name is Acoose

He is a dark grey, that shimmers more than normal in the light.
He is bearded, has feathering on his hooves, and yes his hooves are cloven, but he not a unicorn, no horn on him :)

I really enjoy drawing the wings.
This didn't turn out as well as I had hoped, but its all a learning process, trial and error :aww:

Cheers, its like a heavyweight drawing board paper, with a smooth surface. ideal for fine pen, ink, pencil and airbrush. I like to use it with the prismacolor pencils because they are smudgey, and the board is smoooth, so its almost like working with a fine tuned pastel :)

Ah, Cool.
What kinda place would you co to get prismacolor pencils? And what iis an avarage price?
Because I need some new nice pencils :)

awh, I know how it feels to need new pencils. Well, I am not too too sure what good art shops are in the UK, only time I ever bought are supplies in UK was at the uni my bf at the time went to.. and even then, the stuff was sucky lol.
If you are serious about the art, and using color pencil as a medium, I would highly suggest going with something high quality. I prefer to use prismacolor colored pencils, and yearn for a set of faber castell colored pencils. I always get myself the set of 120.. there is loads of colors to choose from ^^ The prismacolors (priced here in canada) are $229 dollars for the set of 120.. so that would convert to about 122 quid. and Faber Castells would be about 109 quid. The prices could vary a bit thought. Best thing to do, to find them, is go to the official website, and search for a local retailer. I do also recommend, when buying them, to check out some colored pencil tutorials on this site... that way you will learn some cool techniques and get the best out of those pencils :)

Yeah, there are never enough colors are there?
I think i do need to look at some tutorials :) My coloring is... intresting to put it nicely :)
